We have studied and took lot of references from various types of domestic bio gas units. Commonly bio-gas unit fails mainly due to quality issues in gas stoves. So we focused in developing robust quality gas stoves. We have re-designed two types of bio-gas stoves.

Bio-gas is a mixture of methane, hydrogen and carbon dioxide, produced by the decomposition of organic matter by bacteria in the absence of oxygen.

Bio-gas is a renewable energy source produced by the breakdown of organic matter by certain bacteria, which results in a net decrease in the emission of greenhouse gases, prevents air pollution, water pollution, land and soil pollution.

Bio-gas converts the harmful methane gas produced during decomposition, into less harmful carbon dioxide gas.

50% of interviewed bio-gas users stated that the cooking environment has less dust, soot and smoke.

However, issues with the ignition switch were often mentioned as a difficulty for lighting up the stove.

It was further noted that the cost for repairing the stove counted for 63% maintenance cost of a bio-gas user.

It was also shown that on average, each bio-gas plant saves daily 4.5 kg of wood and 1.6 kg of agriculture residues from human food and animal feed preparation.

Thus, a household with a bio-digester saves 3 cylinder a month in fuel consumption for preparing food and animal feed.
